I booked this trip for my 50th birthday with my sisters, and while some parts were good, overall it was disappointing. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, but we faced a lot of issues with the room and the excursions we booked. The location is quite secluded, which may not suit everyone. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
